They all happened (at least once) and this is simply to every and single guy who did any of those things above, I’m not dreaming, I’m not saying that there is someone who actually do all of that, a guy who calls you to make sure you ok is nice :), when you don’t appreciate it, he won’t do it next time.. as simple as that.
